Project OneHRM 425: Employee Life Cycle Management Southern New Hampshire University Our new beach department store will be in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Carolina Beach is a well-known area for family events, and their beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. This is a very popular location for beachgoers every summer. The area offers hotels, restaurants, and all sorts of entertainment options. Through our beach department store we will be able to offer beachgoers everything they need for fun in the sun.RecruitingData:Before we can open our new beach department store, we need to analyze internal and external data to determine the need for talent.Currently our company has 521 employees and continues to grow in demand. Approximately 35% of the employees work remotely while 21% work a hybrid work schedule with at least two of their workdays being remote. The remaining 44% of the employees work onsite due to the demands of business. Of our 521 employees, 506 of them responded to our Employee Engagement Survey. This survey consisted of questions related to leadership with supervisors, and overall engagement.Reviewing the termination and exit survey data from the previous calendar year we can see that management, information tech, and customer service
