Recognizing the signs of burnout and taking necessary measures to prevent or address it is essential. If addressed, burnout can lead to increased productivity, jobdissatisfaction, and physical and mental health problems, ultimately impacting the organization's operations. Therefore, ensuring that employees are physically and mentally present is crucial. To achieve this, a survey was conducted among employees of all levels, genders, and age groups to assess the current levels of burnout and identify potential intervention strategies.The company has conducted a survey of the employees experiencing burnout due to being overworked. This study aimed to examine the demographic composition of a company's workforce and determine whether there is a gender disparity in burnout rates. To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted among the employees. The results of the study revealed that the female respondents reported feeling exhausted on an almost daily basis. In contrast, the male respondents indicated feeling worn out several times a week.
