Unlike its competitors RfG has remained laser focused on the running trade. Due to their choice not to expand their business they have acquired a loyal customer base. They have maintained using cash register sales and inventory records to obtain basic information needed about their clients.• Problem IdentificationRfG has not kept up with expanding its technologies like its competitors. Because of this they are unable to update the inventory and are unsure of what products they should add and which they should stop including. They have also not collected data from their customers through surveys to gain any kind of insight into what products they are most interested in seeing in stores and what products they are okay without. With them not having any information, they are unable to determine whether they should expand or not.• Business Processes AffectedRfG is unable to see any progress in their business because they are unable to expand without having the proper information needed.
