1.2 Journal: Case StudyCJ-550-Q3067 Assessing Org PerformanceSouthern New Hampshire University 01:57:57 GMT -05:00I have chosen the Florida Re-Entry Subdivision. I have an interest in the recidivism ratein the U.S. penal system and how to lower the rate through Re-Entry in society. The rate is much too high compared to other industrial countries around the world (Fazel, 2015). There must be a better way than throwing good money after bad to spend our way out of this issue in the United States.Once a person is out of jail, the debt to society has been met. We in this country need to do a better job to integrate these people back into society and not allow ourselves to become more retribution centric in our view of the incarcerated (Mohammad, 2023). A further note is these people are still Americans and this means something. There must be better way to get out from under being a felon to benefit both the member and society. I plan to research this idea of whether it is possible for there to be better inclusion to society or if it is just a pipe dream. The issue of cost will be addressed since jailing
