Once the legal issues are established, this allows the business to determine their ethical guidelines and how these ethics affect their bottom line. RealRecruit is a company that proves to be a great example of a company evaluating the legal implications of their business and establishing their ethical guidelines as it relates to their bottom line. RealRecruit began as a way for student athletes to obtain insight on the school and program they will be attending andplaying for from current student athletes in the same program. When the full program launched, students began reporting serious issues, such as sexual assault and abuse, drugs, and several other legal issues that occurred with students and coaches.
