But in order to succeed, as in life, one must acquire the knowledge and abilities to control those feelings. Jenny in this instance most likely has low emotional intelligence and social anxiety. This could result in problems that could be improved, such as relationship management, self- management, and self-awareness problems. Jenny will be able to modify her outlook on life and how her coworkers see her with the support of her management team and a little work.To enhance Jenny's EQ, or emotional intelligence, she must raise her level of self- awareness. It will be easier to understand why she feels the way she does if you know how the environment around her causes her to experience particular emotions.
