The type of mindset that we possess can greatly affect our professional development. When an individual has a growth mindset, they understand that education, effort, and grit can gradually improve their knowledge, and skills needed for professional growth and finding success. When faced with tasks that are challengingor met with adversities, rather than avoiding or giving up, they can overcome and keep going.
