We are spending more and more time on our cell phone screens consumed by social media platforms and less time interacting face to face with others. With this causes related to anxiety and depression is also increasing which is also increasing the rate of suicide.Social media is very a vast topic to navigate because it revolves around our daily lives from getting information, to news from around the world, keeping in communication with family, friends and even clients, banking, shopping, education, and so much more that it is mostly affecting the youth due to cyber bullying among other issues. “According to a recent survey, the biggest reason people use social media is to keep in touch with their friends and
