The strengths throughout this facility are that they are willing to make changes to implement better care for their patients, they are working towards creating a new community-wide health information exchange (HIE) network with a board that will help initiate it. It would increase the improvement of care in a more organized way since it will be linking all healthcare providers in the area to help better communicate what tests, procedures, results have been already done throughout the years. It will take less time, and cost less money for the patients and the hospital to not have to run unnecessary tests multiple timeson the same patient. There will be better aftercare offered to these patients, you will be able to know what is going on with their care even after they leave the facility, and it will be easier to follow
