In other words, CSR is the long-lasting promise by business to act in ethical manner and contribute in economic development even as ameliorating the workforce quality of life and their families, local community and society in all inclusive manners.In addition, Barthorpe (2010) supported this and defined that corporate responsibility pertains to how companies deal with the changing social, economic, and technological environment that directly affect the business operations in terms of market values and money, so that their sustainable development goals can be attained.
