The critical success factors of an organization can be recognized by the application of business analytics. As argued by Ram and Corkindale (2014), Critical success factors have been used significantly for the purpose of presenting or identifying a few key factors that an organization should put its focus on in order to be successful. The fundamental aspect to using CSFs effectively is ensuring that the definition of factor of an organization activity which is central to its future will always apply. Thus, success in determining the CSFs for an organization is to determine what is central to its future and achievement of that future. Identification of CSFs is of significance for the reason that it allows firms to focus their efforts on building their capabilities to meet the critical success factors, or even allow firms to make decision on if they have the capability of building the requirements
