Marketing Manager For A Small Firm

As a marketing manager, it is my duty to focus on the survey because it results is very important for the company in taking the further decisions that can increase the sales and revenue of the firm. It is true that firm is small. But all of us should work dedicatedly and in favor of the company. If the interviewer is explaining about the question which is creating the problem for the respondent and it is important for the new boss to know the answer of it. I would like to fix a meeting between the interviewer and the boss to solve the problem rather than to discuss or admit this matter with anyone in the company. This is not the issue for discussion with everyone except the interviewer and boss. Both of them will discuss and decide whether it needs to be change or remove in favor of company. Commitment plays a very important role at every place whether it is personal or professional life. If it is committed with the respondents that their answers will be keep as anonymous, how it is possible to disclose it anyone. I will simple explain about the commitments with respondents
