Suzy Is A Sympathetic Employee

Being sympathetic employee is not a bad trait as she might be helpful for people who need her support at work place or in any emergency, but in this situation Suzys act is not at all ethical. In my view point she should not get involved into it directly as it can bring negative consequences like she can be accused of conspiring against her co-worker and loss of loyalty and trust in colleagues and peers, so she should act as a whistle blower and should draw attention of members of upper management and supervisors on the same as soon as things came into her knowledge.
