Organizational Communication Skills

It is true that we can enhance our skills of organization communication in the organization, but it is also true that it requires lots of hard work and time for learning and implementing the skills in practical way. It plays a very important role in developing our interpersonal relationship at the workplace. One wrong, rude or misinterpreted message can ruin our image at all. On the basis of my assessment of organizational communication, I would come on the following conclusion I think that I am good in my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills because I have good understanding about my strength and weakness.
