Analyze the relationship between department managers and union representatives. Recommend a strategy to create an environment of collaboration between the two groups. Provide support for your recommendation. In my opinion unions have both pros and cons in health care organizations. They add strength to the health care professionals in their work. Besides being effort demanding, health care is society-based. Nothing like their complements in the manufacturing area, healthcare managers do not have the alternative of relocating or else outsourcing their jobs to lesser-price, less unification-saturated areas. Healthcare managers must hang about within the communities they serve up and are in particular responsive way to community care. Certain health care employers may not get it easily to efficiently move forward a sturdy anti-union situation dependable with their job, core values and community representation. A well-crafted union memorandum may work well with a broader community, including the employees, associates of the employers own board of directors and the civic-at-large. These are amongst the reasons why healthcare organizations in particular, are consequently susceptible to union organizing efforts. Discussions and well-formulated strategy can assist in creating a sound environment among the two groups of health care sector. References NY Xicom. Tosi, H.L., Rizzo, J.R.,
