Morality And Social Responsibility

The classical theories of morality is based on virtuous ethics of Aristotle , Utilitarianism of Hume and Universal Ethics of Immanuel Kant .these three theories teach ethics and morality as seen to be as a persons values and also as moral principles in every area of life. Being ethical means conforming to moral standards which is being applied and accepted to the work environment. Theory of utilitarianism Cultural identity is represented by the fact that culture is best represented by the values that is practiced by people living in the community. Culture is based on morality. The identity that is set apart from culture is based on the practices of ethics and morality. Ethics says that the cultural identity it manifests itself in the practice of self regulation and in the practice of community principles is based on what is considered to be good practices which benefit the whole lot of people .
