The Current State Of Business Ethics

The finding of the survey on ethics by Ethics Resource CentreAfter studying thoroughly the finding of the survey and analysing the other survey reports, I can say that it is true that survey reveals both good and bad conclusions. I am agree with the conclusion that now days companies are paying more attention towards ethical issues and compliance programs to reduce the risk of ethics. It is also proved by a recent survey on global business ethics conducted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Charted Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). As according to this survey, it is found that 80 % of the respondent reported that their organisation has the code of conduct or guide to regulate the ethical behaviour in the company and 57 % respondents said that they got the training and other 25 % receives incentives and other rewards for behaving ethically at work place. In fact, Institute of Business ethics also showed the same results that in last ten years, the companies are more attentive towards ethics and paying more attention.
