Shareholders of the Nissan Motor Co Ltdwere not very enthusiastic of prospects of automobile in the Japan. Therefore Aikawa has bought all Tobata Casting shareholders in the month of June, 1934 by using all the capital of Nippon Industries. At this point of time the Nissan Motors was properly owned bythe Nippon Sangyo and Hitachi. Nissan built the trucks, the airplanes, also the engines for Japanese military. Companys major plant had been moved to the China after the land there has been captured by Japan. Plant was making the machinery for Japanese war effort till it had been captured by the American the Russian forces. From the year 1947 to 1948 company was known as the Nissan Heavy Industries Corp.
