The effect of technology adoption on consumer happiness, however, is still a hot issue that needs further research.Research Objective The purpose of this quantitative study is to investigate the connection between technology adoption and customer happiness in the hotel business. This study intends to examine the extent to which technology adoption effects customer satisfaction levels by examining data obtained from a sample of hospitality organizations.Methodology Sample Selection: A representative sample of hospitality establishments, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants, will be selected for data collection. Data Collection: A structured questionnaire will be developed to gather data on technology adoption and customer satisfaction.
