Part 1The generation Z (Gen Z) group is composed of the people born from 1995-2005. Most of the people in this generation can be considered as grownups. A good number of them are entering the job market. Precisely, the people in this category are wizards when it comes to technologies like internet social media. This is so because generation Z people were born when technology was booming. They were exposed to technology at a tender age. Therefore, it is likely to find most of the people belonging to this generation strongly attached to social media platforms like Snapchat, among many others. There are unique characteristics of Gen Z that distinguishes them from other groups like millennial. Due to access to advanced technology, Gen Z people are able to process information so quickly. “Generation Z takes in information instantaneously” (Williams, 2015, pg.3). The bad side of this is that they may be less focused. With the knowledge and expertise in modern technology, these generation people can multitask. Most of the people born from 1995 have not experienced many difficulties related to the economy like the recession. Hence, these individuals may be poor financial planners. Others may not have firm bargaining skills.
