Techniques for active listening. Communication, is a two way process so we have been told, and that’s actually what’s happening that makes us make the changes that we see around. In the process we would need the talking person and the listener, these two go hand in hand in that the talking person or the one passing the message will need to be heard, and understood and the listening party would in turn need to respond where necessary or simply give a responsive gesture. This way, the information that was intended to be passed by the speaker would have been deemed to be successful, and that would be said to be a successful communication, because the speaker passed an intended message and the respondent gave a consequential response. This might actually look like a simple thing but we do actually need to communication to do pretty much anything in the modern world. The teacher needs communication to teach his/her students ,the preacher needs to tell the congregants of the word, a train driver needs to tell the people on the railway to move so the railway can pass, the football team member needs communication to pass the ball
