Dq2 Using Active Listeningone

Communication plays a very important role in the success of a person. Without effective communication skills, we are neither able to convey our message to others effectively nor able to get proper messages from others in effective form. So communication is not restricted to only speaking. Listening also matters and affects greatly our communication process. Yes, I believe that most of the people are poor listener. They always busy in speak without listening other. Sometimes, people listen but, they are not able to judge the quality of the contents or do not ask any questions or shows very unwillingness in giving the feedback. It is most common situation which we can see at our workplace in daily routine. Active listening means to pay attention towards the content of the speaker, ask the questions and clarify the doubts (Traci Schatz). I remembered one situation when I want to share my feeling with my one friend. On the same day, the new boss has joined our department and he was misbehaving with all of us. So I communicated this incident with my friend and she listened it actively. Finally, both of us tried to find out the solution for this
