9-1 Project SubmissionSydney GoldmanMBA 699Guiding coalitionWhile reviewing the organizational chart provided to us there are many good fitting people with different types of personas that may be fitting for the guiding coalition. A great team to be a part of the guiding coalition should be people who are experienced, have a higher positionof power and people who understand that there are changes needed in order for the greater improvement of the company. The people I would include in this are: Omar (Manufacturing Director), John (Research Director), and Elaine (Acting Director). Omar is the Manufacturing Director, and he manages 12 manufacturing plants and 580 hourly workers. Next, John is the Research Director and he runs the companies research labs and around 100 scientists. Elaine is the Acting director, and she manages 18 senior managers. All the above management has many years of experience in their positions and high job satisfaction ratings and would make a great collaboration for this. Omar has been with the company for 3 years, John for 22 years and Elaine 10 years. My rationale for choosing each of these individuals is based on everything listed here with a huge factor being the experience column. Each of these
