We have a great reliance on criminal justice system to help us to be safe and live within order expected. Hence we expect the same to meet our fundamental expectation in terms of criminal laws so as to separate criminals from innocents, to keep away the society from dangerous criminals and to punish the ones who break this arrangement. We realise the present state is not like that and hence calls for innovation and improvements. These improvements needs to ensure that these systems to act in fair and even-handed manner and to ensure rehabilitation of such criminals. It also should ensure integration of criminals who has served their sentence, back into society and to give them opportunity not to become criminals again (Writer, 2010). Hence for achieving in intension there is requirement of lot of improvement areas.
