Effective Conflict Resolution

I would like to discuss the conflict of views amongst the family members about the carrier path and goal which would have resulted in better options of handled effectively. Since childhood, I was interested in medicine and wanted to undergo the studies in medicine and thereby make the carrier in the same field but this path was very challenging as clearing the entrance was really the difficult task. It included lot of studies and struggle. Since, the family had the very good family business, therefore they does not wanted to take the pain of the carrier goal and wanted to complete the studies in business management so as to take the business to the new heights. This was the situation of conflict of interest where I dreamt of something else but diverted to some other direction by the elders. Now, after few years of joining the business, I have realized the importance of the dream which could have accomplished by the support of the family, as still I am interested in this field only.
