Professional Bio SketchMy name is (Insert Student’s Name). I am a nursing student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN) degree. The institution I am affiliated with is Joanne Gay Dishman School of Nursing.I am in my final year at the institution.I aim to engage in a 5-year planning system.My end goal is to attain certification as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). Construct 1: Humanity and SocietyThe first construct within the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is Humanity and Society.The outcome measured was the ability to provide patient-centered care (Eklund et al., 2019).The NURS 4316 unit through Practicum Reflection 1 allowed me to demonstrate competency. I was able to provide personalized care to JT, an oncology patient.I believe I am 90% competent in the course construct. Construct 2: Lifespan Health ContinuumThe second construct within the nursing program involved providing a lifespan health continuum. The first outcome was supporting patients to prevent diseases and promote health.Meanwhile, the second outcome was to provide competent healthcare for patients across the lifespan.I have attained the second outcome by considering the various health determinants.
