BFG001 A2Report and Presentation guidelineStudent will choose an organisation and will analyse its’ operations management. The analysis will focus on the following aspects of the particular organisation that you are analysing• Back ground of the organisation (including the type and design of the organisation)• Operations of that organisation Focus on: productivity, quality of the operationMotivational impact on operation/productivity• Discuss ethical or CSR issues on that organisation’s perspective (if there is any)• Any contemporary issues (if there is at all) in that organisation.Note:1.
