The purpose of this case study is to explain the concepts of Benners stages and the characteristics that are gained as a nurse moving from novice to expert; and using Abdellahs patient-centered approach theory as it relates to the nursing process, critical thinking, and clinical decision making that will improve patient outcomes. Concept Map Benners theory relates to the nursing process by significantly relying on experiences to guidenursing care.
