Denise worked at a private school, owned by a company called Sunshine Schools. She taught at the school for 12 years. One day a parent made a complaint that Denise had given her son poor marks for his maths tests when in fact a child psychologist has assessed him as a mathematical genius. Denise was sacked on the spot. She begins a claim for breach of contract as she was not given notice of her dismissal.
