I am fully agreed that apart from the emotional side of things relating to patient outcomes, administrative issues are significant contributors to physician burnout. I wish to go deeper with this view that coping expectations and satisfying a bass and layers and layersof hierarchiesis the main cause of physician burnout. Physician burnout seems to be an implication of personal failing, exhaustion, and shortcoming of the physician. Little attention is given to the contribution of the healthcare to what is perceived as physician burnout. In most cases, the healthcare system is broken and has numerous cracks that call the attention of the physician away from practice of medicine. The refusal to call attention to the disfiguration and failings of healthcare system are a serious cause for stress among physicians. As Dr. Kunal Grover noted there are those patients who suffer disparate medical outcomes because of their inability to pay for medical
