I am not going to miss doing virtual clinical at all. I am so happy that we will be able to participate in all five in person clinicals. With that sad today did not go in any means bad. We had really good score on the Ihuman case and we breezed through todays simulation. The Ihuman case seemed to be pretty straight forward. The patient presented with gastrointestinal discomfort and pain. He had diarrhea with bloody streaks. He had signs of colon cancer, which were pretty prevalent in his family history. He had two immediate family members who were diagnosed with colon cancer. He himself also had precancerous polyps removed.
