It is based on the assessment of back-pain physiotherapy through group-based sessions. The thought is to provide empirical evidence to support or disapprove the claims of the clinic that group-based sessions are the best way to treat back pains. This study involved 50 participants who underwent a group-session therapy for 8 weeks. Therefore, the analysis focuses on the changes that occurred after the period. The study focused on three parameters to determine the improvements after the 8week period. They include Pain, Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE), and Weight. The study involved 20 male participants and 30 female participants bringing the total number of participants to 50. Evidently, the group therapy intervention led to a significant change in weight, pain, and Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE). Age was critical demographic information that described the participants. Table 2: Descriptive statistics NMinimumMaximumMeanStd.
