As I mentioned, Presbyterian hospital Plano is one of the well-known hospitals in Dallas Fort Worth. We meet at Our usual place for preconference as it was indicated by our professor. Pre-conference did not last long, we were all assigned to preceptors and received goal of the day. I was assigned to floor 5A this round, not much different from last week but had an incredible nurse who was willing to show anything and everything she knows, where I met anincredible nurse who was willing to show me everything that she could. We had five patients that I administered medication while she watched me. On our last patient, we experienced a problem because one of our Patient had NG tube which was clogged. We tried to unclog in allways possible, but all attempt failed. Patient was not supposed to have anything by mouth
