One thing I would do is try to make their "experience as comfortable" ("18 ways", 2021) as possible. One thing I noticed in waiting rooms are uncomfortable seating arrangements. I would like to add more like couches and just comfortable seating instead of uncomfortable , hard chairs that patients are sitting at, sometimes for a longer period. Another thing that I would like to consider when designing a facility would be accessibility.
