In a globalized system, the division of global or known to be as a Global Divides are not a new phenomenon. The fact is that thirty years ago a commission chaired by Willy Brandt, former Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, published a report about the North-South. This had shown an imaginary line between the division of global. Since I have been repeatedly mentioning the Global divide, might as well define it and expound its broadest sense. This kind of division had technically described disparities mainly in those developed and developing countries with regards to their socio-economic and political features.
