Beowulf is the epic hero in this story. Beowulf is the main character as he is the one courageous enough to encounter all the attacking supernatural beings. In an overwhelmingly cool battle, he fights Grendel and defeats him with his bare hands something Hrothgar and his men could not do with their swords. He fought so well and reasonably that you would think he was a supernatural as well. He was the bravest among all the people, and they regarded him as the prince of warriors. (“His name will live forever,”) said Wiglaf. In this paper, we shall investigate if Beowulf was a good leader.In a speech given by Hrothgar, all the good qualities of a good leader are mentioned regarding Beowulf. He embodies the same qualities all the political leaders posses whether vices or virtues. He provides for his people, and his kindness boastfulness and generosity can be the evidence to show he is a good leader. For a common man, the qualities that he posses might not be the best fit, but for
