The employment situation summary provides a review of employment situation for January 2015. The unemployment is presented in different categories. For instance, unemployment rate of White men 20 years and over in December 2014 was 4.4 while the rate is 4.5 in January 2015 (US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2015). Unemployment rate of White women over 20 years was 4.4 in Dec 2014 and is the same figure for January 2015. For blacks men aged 20 years and over, however, unemployment rate was 11.0 in Dec 2014 and it reduced to 10.6 in Jan 2015. Women 20 years and over had unemployment rate of 8.2 in Dec 2014 and it increased to 8.7 in Jan 2015. The unemployment rate of Asians was 4.2 in Dec 2014 and reduced to 4.0 in Jan 2015 (US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2015).In addition, Hispanic men 20 years and over had unemployment rate of 5.3 in Dec 2014 and
