It is the leading cause of deaths every year than HIV, murders, suicides, alcohol use, and accidents caused by motor vehicles. Therefore by the look of these statistics, it is worth understanding that tobacco use should be prohibited entirely leave alone raising the age limit for use. Apparently, the move by the senate to increase the age limit is welcome and will help many young people from tobacco exposure at a very young age.A senate bill that was tabled by Senator Joan Huffman on a senate bill 21 made Texas to become the sixteenth state to increase the legal tobacco smoking age limit from eighteen to twenty-one years. The Senate bill that took effect from the 1st of September was intended to keep electronic cigarettes, cigarettes as well as other tobacco products away from public schools students. The bill was designed to enable keep a social distance from smokers who are old enough from students. According to information from
