360 Leadership EvaluationA great leader is a person who possesses many leadership characteristics that define him or her. Indeed, a strong leadership personality is made up of more than one trait that influences the character and success of a leader (Dickson et al., 2016). In organization management, great leadership or having a great leader is an asset because great leaders influence and propel organizations to greatness. Some of the most important characteristics and competencies that I believe a leader should have include; respect, polite, integrity, visionary leadership, flexibility, effective communication, self-awareness, influence, ability to delegate, accountability, inspiration, better interpersonal communication, empathy, learning agility, gratitude, continuous improvement, and conflict resolution skills (Muteswa et al., 2016).
