Although the learning process begins in the classroom, it is more oriented on the physical practice to enable students to develop the necessary skills that would allow them to carry out their duties as expected by exercising a high competency level. While reflecting on my education progress, including classwork and the internship program, I accept that the course has changed my usual way of thinking and responding to issues affecting people, particularly those suffering from the post-traumatic disorder due to drug and substance abuse. The first that I have learned in the social work program is the acquisition of the necessary skills that would help the student apply the relevant knowledge and skills in handling various cases. During my internship program, I served in the substance abuse and co-occurring disorder unit, where I learned several issues contributing to drug and substance abuse among different people
