The similarity between online and high street retailing is that, the potential customer judges the company by what they see (Ellis, 2016). However, to complement the loss of touch, the e-commerce websites must adequately display the features of the product using clear graphics, text, and also allow for easy navigation within the store. Privacy and safety are also critical for must customers.
