Week 3 Discussion ForumThe Leadership Self-Assessment Instrument aims to provide a leadership profile founded on the abilities necessary for firm, superior leadership. The information I provided helped construct a profile, complete with strength and future development areas. After completing the Assessment, my results are as follows:The results indicate that I have one area that has relative strength, Systems Thinking. The rest of the areas possibly require more development. I do not believe that the results reflect my personal management approach. For instance, they indicate that I score low on my ability to concentrate on a goal and harness my energy to accomplish it. In my approach, I always ensure that I give my all all my goals are prioritized and met accordingly. However, I must admit that I have difficulties in Conceptual Thinking, especially in terms of linking systems and processes.The results of the Assessment fail to reflect my personal management approach by not indicating other characteristics common to trait leadership, like self-monitoring, extroversion, and agreeableness.
