Freeman-Brown Private School Case StudyAuthorDepartment, University Course code: Course title Instructor Due DateFreeman-Brown Private School Case Study Effectiveness of Freeman-Brown as an Open System and a Complex Adaptive System at the Time of the ClosureAn open system is a system that constantly exchanges feedback with its external environment. They also exchange resources such as capital, information, and the workforce. Freeman-Brown is an open system organization that began its operations on a high note. The community was impressed by FBPS, thus providing learners for the school. However, after years of excellent service to the community, the school’s management changed. The school's good reputation became lopsided under the new leadership; thus, the chances of FBPS succeeding as an open system at the time of closure is minimal. It is because the information about the closure of the school was delivered quite late to the parents. When the school informed the parents of their decision concerning the situation, they had limited options as other schools had filled up their spaces. Therefore, they became distressed as most of them did not know where else to take their children.
