I would like to concentrate on two of your strengths as they strike be as closely related to the characteristics of a transformational leader. One of your strengths is ability to focus on the unique qualities of each individual by strength observing each person’s motivations and style, of person thinking. This quality aligns well with individualized consideration, which is a characteristic of a transformational leader. The leader attends to the individual needs of his or her followers by acting as a personal coach, guide and mentor for each individual. A transformational leader is a kin observer and listens to the concerns of each individual (Howell & Frost, 1989). l. This enables the leader to tailor their support to the situation and background of each follower. This ability to accommodate others based on the assessed individual needs is recognized as important in building other people’s strengths and as well as create productive teams (Rath, 2007).
