Stephanie Gillespie,Thank you for the insight on using the Walden university library database. I have also had a chance to use CINAHL plus database when researching topics. I usually go to the library homepage, articles by topic, nursing, and then health databases. Now that I have learned that CINAHL provides a lot of non-specific articles and that there is a way to limit results, it encourages me to continue using the Walden Library.I did not know that it is difficult to search for articles using Boolean operators. Also, I was able to learn that the use "and" and "or" brings out different outcomes. I do not doubt that your article is helpful. I was able to differentiate that the use of "and" helps limit the number of results or outcomes.I believe that CINAHL will help me narrow down my searches. I agree that CINAHL provides relevant topics that are up to date for nurses and nursing students. It is more reliable and broad with health sciences. I believe the unique techniques of searching relevant topics on the database will help solve time wasted on viewing unwanted resources.
