Discussion: Data ManagementData management is the process of collecting raw data, processing it to another form for analysis and analyzing the data so that the results can be used for expanding knowledge in certain fields of study. Data management also involves the preservation of data for long term use and providing access to others who want to use the analyzed information for purposes of research. This data can also be reused to conduct new studies or test the reproduction of the original research results (Surkis & Read, 2015). The different stages of this process involve identifying a sample population, selecting data collection strategies, choosing data analysis methods and presenting the results to the target audience. All these aspects are necessary in scientific/research work because they lead to an end result. Therefore, data management becomes important in maximizing scientific investments and preventing failures during the research process (Borghi et al., 2018). However, many researchers have shortcomings and strengths when it comes to the data management process. In my case, I feel skilled in the area of planning and organizing my data for collection. I am able to develop detailed plans for how I will conduct population sampling and how this sample will
