Carbon Footprint EvaluationMy assigned persona is a married woman with a household of two adults and three children. Since it is not possible to split the carbon footprint for each individual, my carbon footprint is calculated based on a five-member household. To arrive on the total carbon footprint I have divided the footprint into sections. The first section relates to power consumption in the house. These include electricity, natural gas, heating oil,and LPG. The second section relates to flights carbon footprint. This relates to one direct flight from Yemen to the US. The next section for carbon footprint calculation is rail and bus transport. Although my persona does not drive, she makes use of cars driven by other people to take the child to hospital. The calculation is based on 500 miles annually. Since my persona has to depend on other people to get around by car those carbon footprints are not included on this evaluation.
