The religious and atheist fundamentalists are very assertive in seeking political influence in their effort to promote their one dimension thought processes and claim the sole custody of the truth. Religious fundamentalists insist on a literal interpretation of the bible and are intolerant to alternative views. On the other hand atheist fundamentalist mask their opposition to the Bible in strident efforts to impose their understanding of reality. In essence, both groups compete in the Public Square to impose their moral and political agenda. Thus, atheist activism is forceful in promoting a secular society by eliminating the Bible andthe role of religion in public life citing developments in natural and social sciences, Christian fundamentalists are forceful in mainstreaming their religious ideology in
