There is a time in the past when I was looking for a job, but I was weak in my prayers. All I could do was to edit my resume and attach my academic certificates and then drop them at various companies with the hope of getting an interview invitation. I continued with this exercise for so long that I lost the count of the companies and institutions I had applied for a job at. Time passed, and none of the companies called me, not even for an interview invitation. With the best academic and professional qualifications, I was wasting slowly in the house, jobless. I got so worried, and one day I decided to revisit my spiritual life. I realized that I had long lost my touch with the scriptures, and seemingly, God wanted me to acknowledge His existence before He could make way for me.
