This refection paper covers my reflections after doing four personal identity tests. The test covers the personality type, self-esteem, adverse childhood experiences and strengths assessment. Having done this tests I have come to a much better understanding of my personal identity and its implications on my career development. The Myers-Brigs personality inventory is designed to determine an individuals personality type based on 16 different personality types organised into four pairs. The four opposite personality pairs are as follows Extraversion (E) and Introversion (I) Sensing (S) and Intuition (N) Thinking (T) and Feeling (F) Judging (J) and Perceiving (P) Extroversion refers to people who are energised and thrive in social situations. Introversion refers to personality types that are reserved, quiet and do not prefer social situations. Sensing personalities place a great emphasis on their experiences and eschew philosophical ideas. Intuition personalities place emphasis on imagination, ideas and prioritise introspection over their past experiences. Thinking personalities are objective, rational and logical. In decision making thinking individuals are governed by their minds. On the other hand personalities with feeling care more about their emotions, feelings and do not prioritize facts. Judging personality types tend to strategize and plan before acting. They prefer well
